How does it work?

1. Personalised coaching: We will pair you with a qualified and experienced personal leadership coach who understands the arts and cultural sector. Before committing, you will have an introductory call with your coach to establish rapport and explore how you will work together to best meet your goals and context.
2. Four intensive sessions: Over 4 - 6 months, you will have four one-on-one coaching sessions with your dedicated coach. Together, you will explore options, address challenges, and develop actionable plans for positive change. Your coach will provide a safe space for reflection, help you gain insights into your motivations and leverage your strengths to propel you and your organisation forward.
3. Continued support: In each coaching session, you will collaborate with your coach to plan actions. These plans are revisited and refined in subsequent meetings, ensuring ongoing support and progress based on your evolving needs.
